How my journey began
My path to coaching began organically in the workplace, where I had the privilege of mentoring 20+ junior colleagues throughout my career. During my MBA studies, I discovered the transformative power of formal coaching methodologies, which opened my eyes to a deeper way of supporting others' growth. Inspired by the impact coaching could have on both life and career development, I decided to elevate my practice by pursuing professional coaching certification in 2024.
